Have I mentioned that Tanner lives on these? I got the recipe from my friend Stephanie and Tanner loved it. Once he got used to the smoothies, I snuck in some chia seed (nutrition found here). That way he gets a boost of healthy fats, fiber and a bit of protein.

Here's what you do:

1/2 can of pineapple with 1/2 the juice
a ton of fresh spinach
1 banana
agave
chia seed
ice

Blend. Give to your kids. Kick back and feel super good about yourself that they're eating all that spinach.

WHAT?! Are you kidding me? The idea of spinach in drink form makes me gag, BUT that looks delish! Pineapple?! Gonna have to try that! Keep posting these suer nutritous food stuff Lizzie, it's super inspiring!

Also, your photos are AMAZING! How much do you edit them, and how much of it is having fantastic light in your house? I told John that if you taught a class on how to get photos like yours, I would fly to california in a heartbeat, and take it!

I love how my friends comment mroe on your blog than on mine. NOT. SOOOOOOOO cute pics. And it looks like tanner has figured out that he can make silly faces in pictures now :) he's so cute.

Wow- I just REALLy wish Clay didn't throw up last time I made smoothies. Now he doesn't want anything to do wtih them. But hopefully soon he'll get over that and WE can drink those bad boys. Pictures are lovely. Love you!

Personally I would never eat one of those because my mom made one and then got sick after drinking it. Sorry. I love you! :)
