Milk Chocolate Fudge
from my uncle walt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups mini marshmallows
3 cups chopped milk chocolate
1/2 t salt
1 T vanilla
Put the first 3 ingredients in a large microwavable bowl. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes on high. While it's cooking, dissolve the salt in the vanilla. When done cooking, mix thoroughly and add vanilla and salt. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan. It's best eaten the next day.
*the best milk chocolate is from fresh and easy, in huge lb bars. the next best is trader joe's lb+ bars, and the next best is guittard (not to be confused with ghirardelli) milk chocolate chips. of course these are just my opinions.

beautiful pictures. looks and sounds DELICIOUS! I'll have to make sure thats on the treat list for Christmas. I haven't eaten sugar since I ate that last square of trader joes chocolate at your house! And no gluten either! How awesome am I? hah. But I think I'm gonna try and find a sugar free fudge recipe...I've seen them out there. This post is just too yummy looking :)
So I only read your blog on my reader and I don't know how long its been since you've changed the format, but I LOVE it! It looks so great. And I love this recipe. It's just like one that I make, too.
First I know I already said it, but your blog is really cool! Also your pics are so professional looking it is amazing. I love that Kate helps you, she must feel so important! And the way you write it is also great! love and miss you!
