I've been eyeing these photos for a while now.....collecting frames, saving my kids artwork, etc. My favorite has always been the top photo...very doable. I'd love to do the second photo, but don't think Shad would be on board, and the third photo is beautiful, but I'm pretty sure half of that is the blue wall with the same-sized frames, similar artwork in each frame, etc. I didn't want to "plan" my kids art. I wanted it to be real. Most of ours ends up being on scratch paper from Shad's work...random financial statements flipped over and colored on. Not planned out on beautiful water color paper. So it may not look like these top three gorgeous photos, but it's real. It's us. And I love it.
It makes our house feel so much more like our home. And the kids feel on top of the world seeing their artwork displayed. = )

Oh my goodness I LOVE IT! It looks soooo great!
I think that's cool. In Eugene a couple different families framed their kids art work and I thought it was the coolest idea. And scarlet has JUST been starting to scratch around with crayons and I've wondered how soon I'll be putting something of hers up. I think it's awesome!
Wow! Love these ideas! Thanks for sharing!

I've always loved this idea. My house now just literally lacks wall space. Gunnar is so proud of the artwork we do display. Kids love that.
I love it, Lizzie. It really feels like you're in a museum when you're there. With the tall cieling, the emptiness of it all (it's the most empty part of your house) and the artwork of course just makes it feel so cool! Miss you already. Give everyone a kiss for me! :)
I love all of the beautiful and varied masterpieces and how professionally you have displayed them. They are so obviously treasured. You make your children feel so gifted and important which, of course, they are!! I love all of you.
